FAQ
Many tour companies seem to charge much less than what you charge.
The difference is PDV focuses on introducing vacationers who love to dance with people who own their own boutique hotels, villas, bungalows. Your benefit as a guest is that you are directly connected to nice people who also love to dance. Naturally, you will also make friends with those people living in Bali and with those people visiting, just like yourself. As with PDV's other guests, your Bali experience is likely to be enhanced.
If you are the type of person to take private dance (Salsa/Argentine Tango) lessons then consider dance lessons in Bali: PDV suggests lessons for those dancers up to intermediate level. The price for lessons is much more cheap that in your country. The more lessons you take the more money you save! Another good cost benefit is that most dances in Bali do not charge entrance fees and if they do the price is comparativley cheaper.
So sure, you can come to Bali on a package tour. But we strive to do things a little more differently...and exciting and, yes, with passion.
Is Passionate Dance Vacation an agent?
PDV is not an agent but the scope that we work is as follows. We help make your stay in Bali (from the airport and to the airport) memorable, exciting and safe. So, the best way to experience PDV would be to get your plane ticket, send us your schedule, and then leave the planning to PDV.
How does PDV make money?
PDV is a non-Indonesian based company so the business model can be made simple. PDV collects a per-stay marketing fee from owners and hotels, which does not increase the amount you pay for your accommodation. In some instances your stay may be cheaper, as a result of using PDV.
I may come to Bali alone
PDV's guests include many people who decided to come to Bali as a solo tourist. Not a problem. There are many friends to be made here and one would be surprised at how nice people can be to share their dinner table, chat openly at cafes, ask for a dance, etc.
Coming to Bali alone is a great way to experience Bali. Some people who come with friends on their first visit, comment that on their second visit they may come solo.
