The PDV (Known as a Matt Lopez LLC company) statements herein describe how we treat personal information when you use PDV website. In addition, the following describes your agreement and understanding when using PDV website. By interacting with the SaslaDeEigo website (sending a form, providing your email address, etc) you agree to th contents below.
Personal information statement
- When you contact PDV you may provide your personal information (Email, name, etc). This information is used to connect you with people who own or manage accommodations.
- When you browse the PDV website no information is actively or passively obtained for or by PDV.
- PDV may store and maintain your information in order to provide the service to you.
Uses statement
- PDV maintains and processes your information to provide the service to you and to improve our services. The services includes relevant advertising and updates
- PDV may send you information related to you or to PDV services.
Information sharing and onward transfer statement
- When you send email/contact request, PDV includes information such as your email address and the email itself as part of that email to the managers/owners of the accommodations in which you are interested to know more about.
- PDV does not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances when we believe we are required to do so by law.
Your choices statement
- You may ask PDV to remove you from its list when you no longer need/want updates sent to you.
Your agreement statement
- When you use PDV website you agree and understand the following
- PDV is not a travel agent and shall not be treated as one.
- The agreements you make are between the owners/managers of the villa and yourself.
- PDV is not responsible for any commitments, contracts, promises, etc made between you and the third party owner/manager of the accommodation.
PDV simply connects you with owners/managers of accommodations and updates you on information based on the services provided by Matt Lopez LLC
