Pada kali pertama mengunjungi Bali saya harap bertemu dengan orang tempatan, dan tempat-tempat menari. Saya amat syukur untuk bertemu dengan PDV kerana tidak tahu apa-apa di Bali. PDV bawa saya ke banyak tempat di mana saya dapat bertemu dengan kawan baru yang menari salsa, bachata ataupun argentine tango. Saya juga ingin mengucapkan terima kasih atas bantuan PDV untuk mencari tempat (Barrida Bungalow) bagi saya dalam masa yang singkat. Tempatnya amat cantik dan juga mudah untuk pergi mana-mana jua. Terima kasih PDV.

It was my first trip to Bali and I was very eager to meet the local people, culture and the dance floor. I was lucky to meet PDV as I don’t have any clue in Bali. I really had a good time there as PDV would bring me every night into a different dance place seeing new people, let it be salsa, bachata or argentine tango. Also I would like to thank PDV for the arrangement of room (Barrida Bungalow) in such short time; you have helped me in a big favour. It was very nice place to stay and convenient to travel around. Looking forward for the next trip in Bali.

I decided to come to Bali (from USA) to enjoy nature, yoga, and serenity. Like many tourists, I began my vacation in Kuta because it was convenient, but after a few days, I decided the night life in Kuta was a too much. I traveled to Ubud where, by chance, I was introduced to PDV through a mutual friend. I had my first Tango lesson in Ubud and I loved it! I learned about PDV accommodations in Seminyak and the opportunities for dance: I decided to stay at Barrida Bungalow. Staying in Seminyak allowed me to continue practicing Tango in a social setting and also to make new friends who showed me around the island on various outings. I was also able to take a short Bali dance lesson. I look forward to my next visit Bali... and to dance!

透過PDV, 我得悉道一個在巴里島的探戈工作坊，往後的幾個星期，PDV便替我安排酒店房間及給我建議在巴里島吃喝玩樂的行程。這九天的假期實在使我喜出望外。我己計劃在下一次的探戈工作坊再度回到巴里，或許更可嘗試莎莎舞。

I learned through PDV about a tango workshop and in the following weeks, arrangements were made by PDV in securing accommodation and suggestions were given on where to shop, dine and what to do. My nine days of stay in Bali was pure bliss and I’ve already marked my diary to visit the beautiful city again and to revisit the Bali magic for the upcoming Tango workshop. Perhaps I’ll try salsa, too.

จนฉันรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นเพื่อนคนหนื่งของพวกเขาฉัน ได้ใช้เวลาในการท่องเที่ยวชื่นชมธรรมชาติอันสวยงามและโบราณสถานอันน่าประทับ ใจของที่นี่ฉันได้รับประทานอาหารแสนอร่อยในแต่ละมื้อ ในสถานที่และบรรยากาศที่แสนสวยงามน่ารักไม่ซ้ำกันเลย ฉันมีความสุขทุกชั่วขณะกับการมาพักผ่อนในครั้งนี้ขอขอบคุณ PDV ที่ทำให้ฝันของฉันเป็นจริง
This vacation opened my eyes and my mind. It's real relaxing time and I enjoyed every moment for the whole one week. Through PDV arrangements I had wonderful workshops and fantastic tango and salsa dancing, touring around this paradise island and dining at various beautiful places. While I was leaving Bali I started my plan coming back. Thanks for everything. PDV made my dream come true and beyond.

I've had this itch to come to Bali and when I heard of the salsa fiesta I decided it was the right time: Kill two birds... , as they say.  We found ourselves in Ubud and ran into some people who also dance. They told us about a tango dance (Milonga) so we decided to go.  I was hooked!  From that day on we spent time together doing the regular Bali stuff and at night, we experienced what they call Bali Magic.  I hear everybody has some Bali Magic experience.  This was mine.

私はバリに滞在したうちの５日間を、ＰＤＶに参加して過ごしました。 バリを訪れた目的は大学の卒業論文のためにバリに文化について学ぶことでしたが、せっかくの滞在の中でただバリの歴史や過去の人々の生活のみについてレポートを 書くのでは物足りないと感じ、元々興味のあったダンス、その中でもサルサとアルゼ ンチンタンゴをバリ島で習ってみることにしました。５日間のdance vacationで、私は 多くの人に出会いました。ヨーロッパやアメリカから参加している人とも友達になれましたし、勿論バリ島現地の友人もでき、現地語を学ぶこともできました。そのおかげで、バリ島の人々の文化や精神について、より一層深い理解を得ることができたと感じて います。ＰＤＶには感謝しています。私はここでバリ島に関する知識だけでなく、友人も 得て、ダンスにおいても新しい一歩を踏み出すことができました。

I came for 5 days to study Balinese culture as part of my studies at Uni.  Instead of just writing about the history I wanted to also cover something more and current.  Via A. Tango and salsa I was able to meet many people.  As a result, I could learn much more than I had imagined.  Thank you PDV: I was able to take a new step in my life.
