The rooms enjoy a view of the rice field as well as the sunset. This villa was designed by Stephan Remini and like all his projects, he was able to optimize all living areas of 1000 m2 of land, 400 m2 living space, 5 bedrooms (including a master bedroom can be privatized), two swimming pools, a fish pond, two gardens, a patio, a bar and kitchen, living room area 200 m2. 

In addition to having 5 bedrooms Villa Chocolat is located within 200 m from well known restaurants and fashion boutiques of Bali; it is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the jazzy and chic beach lounge, KuDeTa.

This location in the center of Seminyak is safe and very quiet given its proximity to the nightlife. All the services provided are of the highest standards found in international luxury villas. The staff is available to provide all the services you expect of a private villa

Services included in rates are, return airport transfers in an air-conditioned car, welcome drinks on arrival, American or local daily breakfast served in your villa, daily housekeeping, butler service, i-Pod docking stations, DVD library, pool security for families upon request, kids games, wifi.

For a supplement you can enjoy: an English speaking driver, scooter rental, professional baby-sitting service, in-villa massages, private yoga sessions, chef/catering service, Christmas and New Year in-villa Gala dinners, etc.
